Grant Martin, Loci Consulting LLC, and Jeff Miller, HKGI, will present the results of the an in-depth on the ground study of housing needs and land use analysis for Itasca County. With existing demand for nearly 1,000 new units of housing and potential demand for nearly 2,000 units of housing driven by active and proposed new economic development, the time is ripe for a conversation on housing in our community. All types of housing will be discussed from for-sale single family homes and twin homes, to apartment rentals and senior housing communities.
